Paul Sinden – Director
Paul founded the company in 1987 & remains actively involved in a leadership role where his wide experience in operations is a real asset to the company & customers alike.
Stefan Billing – Director
Stefan joined the company in 1999 with a background in general management of stand alone business units, reporting directly to boards of directors.
John Carroll – General Manager
John has vast experience in plant management, systems, process control, costing & finance as a consequence of his long association with Ford Motor Company & its subsidiaries in New Zealand. John has tertiary qualifications.
John Castle – Financial Controller
John joined the company in 2006 with an extensive background in trade finance & accounting. John handles the HR role & oversees the administration team.
Contract Management & Supervision Team
Allan Norgrove – Contract Manager to Auckland City “Zero Tolerance to Graffiti Vandalism Contract”
Allan is currently contract manager of the graffiti removal division of Civic; he has been with the company for 15 years in a variety of senior management positions.
Allan has much experience in scoping tasks & working collaboratively with complementary service providers.
Brian Harris – Operations Manager; Auckland West City Streetscape Contract
Brian joined the company in 2003 after serving over 20 years with the NZ Police & has applied his administrative & organisational skills to contract management roles from the start. During his tenure at Civic, Brian also has developed wide experience in planning & supervising event waste management.
Andrew Voyce – Contract Manager for Waitakere & North Shore Contracts
Andrew joined the company in August 2007 bringing with him over six years experience in parks maintenance, contract management & engineering including design & construction of specialised equipment; he currently looks after contracts in Waitakere & the North Shore.
David Tautari – Contract Supervisor for Manukau based Contracts
David joined Civic in 2004 to run a team that provides cleaning, graffiti removal, water blasting & general maintenance services to Manukau City Council & more recently also as a subcontractor to United Cleaning Group (UGL).
Brian Howard – Repairs & Maintenance/Research & Development
Brian joined Civic in 1999 initially in the operations team; however his mechanical skills were soon put to work on plant & vehicle maintenance. Brian manages our R&M depot at Halsey Street & from time to time is involved in developing purpose built equipment to suit our work-types.
